A new master-planned community coming soon to Marble Falls promises to “embody the relaxed hill country lifestyle,” and will include more than 3,000 homes and a variety of private and public amenities. The development, named Thunder Rock, will be situated on a 1,100 acre plot of land at the northeast corner of HWY 281 & HWY 71.
The development will be built in phases of varying lot types, including 82 two to five-acre “ranchettes.” Thunder Rock will also feature a 26-acre city sports complex, a 10-acre rec center, over 200,000 square feet of commercial space, and parks with nature trails along Flatrock Creek.
